*Non Local Travel (Extra): We cover the entire region from Pukerua Bay to Levin, the following one time travel fees apply.

  • Otaki/Hautere/Manakau/Pukerua is +30 minutes labour (+$62.50).
  • Levin/Ohau/Kuku/Waitarere is +60 minutes labour (+$125).

After 1 hour: After 60 minutes we charge in 15 minute increments. Reasonable discretion is always provided.

Expected commit time: Most jobs are next business day unless we can fit you in same day - call early in the morning. 

Business hours: Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm. We have more availability in the afternoons and evenings.

After-hours (8pm-8am / Sunday or Public Holiday): A 100% surcharge applies for our 24/7 support service. i.e. double rates.
