*Local Travel ($25): A flat fee for addresses in Paekakariki to Te Horo. Covers fuel and vehicle charge. 1x only, not for return visit to complete a job.
*Non Local Travel ($62.50 - $125): We cover the entire region from Pukerua Bay to Levin, the following one time travel fees apply.
Otaki/Hautere/Manakau/Pukerua Bay is +30 minutes labour (+$62.50).
Levin/Ohau/Kuku/Waitarere is +60 minutes labour (+$125).
After 1 hour: After 60 minutes we charge in 15 minute increments. Reasonable discretion is always provided.
Expected commit time: Most jobs are next business day unless we can fit you in same day - call early in the morning.
Business hours: Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm. We have more availability in the afternoons and evenings.
After-hours (8pm-8am / Sunday or Public Holiday): A 100% surcharge applies for our 24/7 support service. i.e. double rates.
Projects / Consultations / New Builds: Our rate for any network mapping, infrastructure, consulting is our business rates.
