We're a small business, so our team may well be out on other calls. You're welcome to give us a ring and if we're unavailable, your call with answered by our voicemail, or our receiptionist, who can answer basic questions, book an appointment and take your details for a call back shortly.

What do you/don't you help with?

We're happy to try and help with any IT issue. However, we do have many calls about broken or damaged laptops/phones which we cannot fix. We recommend contacting an authorised repairer for your brand. If your machine is dropped or liquid damaged we can't fix these either. Hardware issues we can help with include not booting, issues with slowness, performance, installing or upgrading RAM, a new SSD, reformatting a machine, virus removal, security and more.

Further we can help with pretty much all your home networking, wireless, routers, switches, smart cameras (install only), smart home technology, software, VPN issues, antivirus, smart lighting and more.

Further we support home based businesses, commercial clients and community organisations such as events, fundraisers or anywhere IT or wireless is needed for clients to use at your gathering.

How do we pay?

New clients requiring onsite or remote IT support are kindly asked to sort payment at the end of the site visit via credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash. 

Repeat clients are offered 7 day payment terms, please make payment within 7 working days after our visit. Payments include online credit/debit card, Paypal and bank deposit. Afterpay & Alipay is available for 5% surcharge. 

Project work, larger jobs are usually 50% up front for materials + securing our labour, and the remaining 50% on completion of the work.

Are you GST registered?

Yes we are. All residential work is quoted inclusive of GST and a receipt is available upon request. Business and commercial work is quoted exclusive of GST and 15% is added to the bottom of all invoices. 

All of our services are GST deductible for home business, work purposes.

Are you insured?

Yes we are. We have public liability insurance for up to $3 million dollars. Please ask if you'd like to see our certification before work starts. 

Where do you offer services?

Pretty much any address from Pukerua Bay to Te Horo and surrounding areas are included in our standard $95/hr fees. Otaki, Ohau and Manakau is $115/hour.

By appointment we offer services in Wellington, Porirua, Lower & Upper Hutt, Palmerston North and Levin. Please get in contact to avoid disappointment. A travel fee may be required.

Absolutely, we love (and appreciate greatly) when you help spread the word about our business. Make sure your friend or relative mentions to us that you referred them and we'll send you a sweet gift to say thanks.
