On Site Card Payment

Our techs carry a mobile payment processor which is built-in to the app we use for dispatching jobs. We can accept visa, mastercard and american express in real time while on site.

Afterpay

For larger jobs we accept Afterpay, please note a 7% fee is added which is charged to us by Afterpay. Please reply to your invoice email asking for the Afterpay link and we’ll generate one for you and send this back within 2 working days.

Alipay

We accept this payment method however a 7% fee is added which is charged to us by Alipay. Please reply to your invoice email asking for the Alipay link and we’ll generate one for you and send this back within 2 working days.

Cash

We can accept cash however techs rarely carry more than $10 in change so correct change is appreciated. If no change can be given, we recommend choosing another payment method or if you’d like to give the extra to your tech as a tip, it would be greatly appreciated.
