Management Fee: Initial setup may take up to 1-2 hours depending on work required. Most clients then need on average of 15 minutes every few months as they add new SaaS products such as email, lead generation services. Then there is often no management required until a change is required.
Manage DNS Yourself: Our zone file service gives you a web interface panel to manage your own DNS. This can save you paying a management fee when small changes are required especially if you're aware of basic DNS principles. This zone file is not backed up so if you're unsure please take a backup first, or use our management service.
DNS Monitoring: As part of your zone file host we will actively monitor your DNS for any security risks. You can choose for us to intervene and resolve these under our management service, or we can let you know and you can action them yourself.
Per Zone: This is a fee for each domain. Subdomains are included in the zone. i.e. kapiti.it is one zone and book.kapiti.it being our subdomain is no additional charge. Zones are billed yearly given the low cost.
