Our team will pickup your hardware during a pre-selected booting. This is a one time fee and includes pickup.
2. Diagnosis
We'll identify the issue with an hour of testing and diagnosis, to ensure you aren't paying for a huge repair bill
3. Quote+Repair
We'll quote for repairing with new parts including install and reconfiguration with the rest of your existing setup.
4. Dropoff
We'll drop the device off, plug it back in and get it setup again ready for you to use again.

An initial scope or diagnosis is required ($125) along with a quote to fix the work.
Our quote will include labour ($125/hr) plus any parts.
Minimum diagnosis with no progression to a repair job is $185 incl GST.

How much does an IT repair cost?
We charge a $30 pickup and $30 dropoff fee. We don't offer a drop off service currently.
We will inspect and diagnose your device and prepare a quote to fix - 1 hour of labour.
If you accept the quote, once parts are ordered and arrive we'll fix your computer as soon as we can.
We then drop this off to you at your home or business.
If you choose not to go ahead with the quote we'll drop your device off when we're next passing.
What types of computer hardware do you repair?
We repair a wide range of hardware components including motherboards, graphics cards, RAM, hard drives and SSDs, cooling fans, laptop screens, power supplies, I/O ports (USB, HDMI, audio), laptop keyboards, touchpads, and batteries. We also offer full custom PC builds and upgrades.
Do you repair both laptops and desktop computers?
Yes, we service all types of computers including Windows desktops, custom-built PCs, laptops, ultrabooks, all-in-ones, and MacBooks (Intel and M1). Please no custom gaming machines and we don't fix mobiles, tablets or smashed screens.
How do I know if my hardware is the problem and not software?
We offer full diagnostics to determine whether your issue is hardware or software related. Common signs of hardware failure include no power, overheating, visual glitches, physical damage, or repeated crashes/blue screens.
Do you offer on-site repair services?
We can try however note for most hardware issues it requires testing with spare parts or removing parts from your machine, doing this outside a workshop can be time consuming and problematic so we recommend our tech taking away your device for faster diagnosis and quote, and subsequent repair should you wish.
Do you use genuine or third-party replacement parts?
We always aim to use original or high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. If a genuine part is unavailable or cost-prohibitive, we’ll discuss reliable alternatives with you before proceeding. We rarely use used parts and offer no warranty where a customer wants this installed. An older computer is often better to be replaced than fixed due to no longer being able to source parts.
Can you recover my data from a failed hard drive?
Yes, we offer data recovery services for failed or failing drives. If your drive is physically damaged, we can attempt recovery using specialised tools. We always recommend backing up your data regularly.
Where there is a potential for loss of data the customer will need to agree to this before work takes place. Data often cannot be recovered once deleted.
Is there a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. We provide a warranty on all hardware repairs and replacement parts—typically 3 to 12 months depending on the part. We stand by our workmanship and ensure your repair lasts.
Used parts and reconditioned parts that customer has agreed too or supplied come with no warranty.
Do you offer business IT hardware support?
Yes, we support local businesses with hardware troubleshooting, workstation repairs, server upgrades, and component replacements. We offer priority scheduling for business clients.
