What does a typical business IT client look like?
We have two types, those that need us for adhoc support for business systems, infrastructure or devices. This might be a small soletrader or company with a few employees. You may have an enterprise network setup such as a few Ubiquiti access points, switch and router with devices you manage yourself. You will pay an hourly time and materials fee for all business support we do for you. New hardware can be bought by you and installed by us, or we can supply and install. We may not have direct access to your infrastructure and monitoring is not an option.
Larger clients with many employees may want to become a managed support customer where we look after your entire infrastructure and devices including maintenance, security and end user support. We can monitor your infrastructure and are alerted to issues often before you know about them yourself. Our techs can perform remote support and are available at short notice for emergencies. The difference here being you pay a fixed fee monthly for all inclusive.

What is your business remote hands support?
This is a service for other MSPs or businesses based in other parts of New Zealand or around the world that have employees or clients in Kapiti Coast that need on the ground IT support or tasks completed. Rather than flying one of your IT team down here and pay for travel, hotels etc, you can engage us to attend the site, complete any tasks or steps you like and we'll operate as if we're a part of your extended team.
